NHG Digital Gloss Meter
The NHG digital gloss meter series (NHG268, NHG60, NHG60M) — 20°/60°/85° or 60°-only measurement, roughly 0.1 GU repeatability, memory for up to 5,000 readings.
- Gloss measurement at 20°, 60° and 85° (NHG268) or 60° only (NHG60, NHG60M)
- NHG60M variant with a small 1.5×2 mm aperture for measuring fine details
- Roughly 0.1 GU repeatability, with single, statistics and continuous measurement modes
- Large touchscreen display, memory for up to 5,000 records, GQC6 software
The NHG series comprises digital gloss meters that measure gloss at 20°, 60° and 85° (the NHG268 model) or at 60° only (the NHG60 and NHG60M models). The NHG60M variant carries a small 1.5 × 2 mm measuring aperture designed for fine details and small parts. All models support single-measurement, statistics and continuous-measurement modes, with results shown in Gloss Units (GU).
A large touchscreen display keeps day-to-day use simple, and a single button triggers a reading. The instruments connect to a PC and are driven by GQC6 software, which can print reports and run more detailed analysis. The NHG series complies with ISO 2813, ASTM D523, ASTM D2457 and GB/T 9754.

Applications
NHG gloss meters are used industrially to measure the gloss of printing inks, oil-based paints, varnishes, coatings and primers, as well as decorative construction materials such as marble, granite, chemically polished glass and ceramics. They also perform well in gloss control of plastics and other polymer materials.
