The NR200 is a fully portable 8/d geometry colorimeter (SCI measurement) designed for high throughput at a low running cost. A Φ8 mm measuring aperture and one-button measurement keep it easy to operate even without prior training, and the housing is shaped to help hold the instrument steady during a reading.
The measurement method is based on correlation analysis — comparing the sample against a standard. The bundled software handles data processing and archiving, and displays colour difference and chromaticity index. The Li-ion battery is good for up to 3,000 continuous measurements.

Applications
The NR200 performs well in colour quality control — on the line and in the field — for apparel, plastics, furniture and upholstery production, construction and design. It can also be used in printing.
