The NS800 is a portable 45°/0° spectrophotometer built for objective colour and colour-difference (ΔE) measurement in quality control. Ring illumination with vertical observation reproduces the conditions of visual assessment by the human eye and removes the errors caused by uneven lighting of the sample. Combined-LED spectroscopy and a silicon photodiode detector deliver high repeatability (ΔE*ab 0.04) and faithful colour reproduction at every stage of production.
Beyond L*a*b* and ΔE values, the instrument shows the full spectral reflectance curve and colour-matching functions, making even small colour deviations easy to spot. The bundled PC software stores, edits and prints measurement results.
