The TS4020 is a 3nh benchtop transmission spectrophotometer designed specifically for the colour and transmittance of liquids. D/0 geometry (diffuse illumination, 0° viewing) and a Φ40 mm integrating sphere allow reliable colour assessment of solutions, oils, solvents and other liquid samples — even at low transmittance.
Its biggest strength is a full set of industrial liquid-colour indices: APHA/Hazen/Pt-Co, Gardner, Saybolt, ASTM D1500, iodine index, Klett, plus industry scales — pharmacopoeia (Chinese, European and US), EBC for beer and ICUMSA for sugar. A 360–780 nm range, ΔE*ab 0.01 repeatability and a 7" touchscreen make it a complete liquid-colour laboratory tool.
